Contact Centre Specialists is headed up by Chris Marsden and Dave Hopkins who between them have over 40 years experience in Contact Centres. Passionate about service delivery, committed and hard working, these values carry through the team of over 100 experts who are business, people and process orientated, half of who are technical experts in communications and technology. With vast experiences across many contact centre functions, we have the T-shirts, we have the scars but more importantly, we have the ability to help! We listen, we understand, we plan and we deliver.

In an industry which continues to change, it is the aim of CCS to work in partnership with organisations in order to fulfil that organisations potential.

Chris Marsden

Chris has worked in and around contact centres for over 20 years with a number of those helping deliver transformational change across large and complex contact centres. He started off working through the ranks of numerous operational and support roles where he gained a great understanding of how contact centres operated before progressing in to contact centre technology, innovation, business analysis, project and programme management and then the founding of CCS.

Chris is passionate about service delivery with a very successful track record of establishing, growing, fixing and supporting operations in customer focused environments with the ability to wear a number of different hats.

Dave Hopkins


– Senior Partner

Dave has over 40 years’ experience in Telecommunications, Information Technology and Customer services. Over the last 20 years, David has undertaken many senior interim management posts and also built and managed the growth of 3 consultancies to the point of successful company sale. His market sector background includes engineering, retail, media and entertainment, telecommunications (fixed, mobile and convergence), financial services, petrochemical and drinks.

Dave is an innovative thinker with a very successful track record in delivering large scale operational and technical strategies and transformational programmes to multi-national corporate organisations
